The Grabsmack KoppInk News Agency (KOPI) reports:
Yesterday, the city’s special units were deployed to an incident on Apple Seed Street after a report that two local youths had thrown a rock into Mrs. Lavor’s apartment through its locked window.
According to neighbors, tensions between the widow and the young men had been simmering for years, frequently escalating into acts of violence—sometimes mild, sometimes more severe, but always two-way.
Following the alert, the city’s special forces arrived in large numbers to protect the elderly widow. As a result of their swift and decisive action, Mrs. Lavor’s knees and wrists were shattered, her skull was fractured, and one of her ribs punctured her spleen, which had to be removed upon arrival at the hospital. Her condition is critical, and doctors are keeping her in an induced coma for an indefinite period. For the time being, she remains unable to express her gratitude to the special forces for their rapid and exemplary intervention.
The fire that broke out during the operation was successfully extinguished by firefighters later that evening. As her current home has been rendered uninhabitable, the local authorities will oversee her post-hospital accommodation.
Meanwhile, the two youths responsible for breaking the window managed to flee before the arrival of the special forces. A large-scale manhunt is currently underway.
